Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she stopped gymnastics. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She earned her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
